KNF Properties is revolutionizing property ownership in Cameroon by combining a marketplace with a Property Protection Registry. Our platform allows property owners to list, protect, and verify their properties while preventing fraud.

We are seeking a Customer Success & Property Registration Specialist to guide property owners through our platform, ensure smooth registration, and provide exceptional support for our verification processes.

 

Role Summary

As a Customer Success & Property Registration Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for property owners. You will help them register their properties, explain verification levels, assist with Protection Mode, and resolve inquiries or disputes. Your work will directly impact user satisfaction and trust in our platform.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist property owners with listing and registering properties on KNF Properties.

  • Guide users through Protection Mode and verification level selection.

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.

  • Verify that all property documents are complete and correctly uploaded.

  • Collaborate with field agents, community coordinators, and tech teams to resolve registration issues.

  • Document and track customer interactions and feedback in KNF’s system.

  • Educate users on property protection, verification, and fraud prevention.

  • Support dispute resolution for ownership claims and registration issues.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Business, Real Estate, or related fields is a plus.

  • Experience in customer service or client support is highly desirable.

  • Knowledge of Cameroon property laws, land titles, and customary land practices is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Tech-savvy, able to navigate software platforms efficiently.

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
