About KNF Properties

KNF Properties is a leading property protection platform in Cameroon, combining a property marketplace with a Property Verification Engine. We help property owners register, verify, and protect their properties while preventing unauthorized sales and fraud.

We are seeking a Marketing & Partnerships Manager to grow our brand, expand user engagement, and develop strategic partnerships with government offices, surveyors, and property professionals.

Role Summary

As the Marketing & Partnerships Manager, you will lead marketing campaigns, build strategic relationships, and promote KNF Properties as a trusted platform for property protection and verification. Your role will directly influence platform adoption and user trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote KNF Properties across Cameroon.

• Build and maintain partnerships with local authorities, surveyors, real estate agents, and community leaders.

• Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.

• Create marketing content to highlight property protection, verification services, and platform benefits.

• Organize and participate in events, workshops, and community outreach programs.

• Track marketing performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for growth.

• Collaborate with product, tech, and verification teams to align marketing efforts with platform features.

• Promote awareness of Property Verification Engine levels and Protection Mode.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.

• Proven experience in marketing, partnerships, or business development (minimum 3 years preferred).

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media, and SEO.

• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.

• Experience in real estate or proptech marketing is a plus.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and campaign results.

• Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
