How do I pay without a KnF Trust account?+
Upload your banner when you book, then use the private tracking link to send the package amount by MTN MoMo or Orange Money to (+237) 651 863 957 (or by bank transfer) using your campaign reference. Mark the payment as sent and our team confirms it before review.
What happens if my banner is not approved?+
You are refunded in full, to your KNF wallet for members, or on the same payment rails you used for guests. The reason is shared with you on your tracking page so you can fix and rebook.
How long does review take?+
Usually within one business day. Once approved, your banner goes live immediately and runs for the full package duration. The clock starts at approval, not at payment.
Where exactly will my banner appear?+
Depending on your package: the marketplace homepage, above marketplace search results, on the professionals directory, or all three with the All Surfaces bundle. Banners rotate fairly between active advertisers.
Can I track performance?+
