From offer to KnF conveyancing — then authority documents
Proceed to purchase opens a binding sale path: the seller accepts, you fund escrow, and KnF Trust transfers the platform ownership interest with a completion certificate. Government title or deed issuance continues through land registration and authority follow-on — it is not automatic statutory registration.

Buyer starts Proceed to purchase on a published sale listing.
Step 2
Accept + escrow
Seller accepts; purchase escrow opens. KnF takes a configurable platform fee from the funded amount.
Step 3
KnF transfer
When payment is clear, conveyancing completes and the listing is withdrawn.

Authority follow-on
Optional tracked authority transfer file: fee, processing, completion report, and (where enabled) KnF hard-copy delivery — not automatic statutory registration.
